  • Booking webhook → group chat created, guest invited, full check-in-to-checkout lifecycle sent on schedule, AI-translated to the guest's language.
  • In-chat expense billing: staff type /exp once, the guest gets a clean final bill the night before checkout.
  • AI request-detection alerts staff only when a human is needed. Nobody watches chats.
  • Non-technical staff edit every message in a Google Sheet. Self-hostted and monitored, with fallbacks, watchdogs, and kill-switches.
