Someone just asked ChatGPT where to go.Was your business in the answer?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews now answer the same questions people used to type into Google: “best [X] near me,” “where should I get [Y].” If a site isn't structured for AI to read, it's invisible in that answer, and a competitor gets picked instead.

The problem

Most businesses are invisible to AI search, because nobody has set this up for them yet.

A well-run site can still rank fine on Google and get skipped entirely by ChatGPT or Perplexity. It's a different system, reading for different signals. Getting found by AI assistants is where forward-looking businesses need to be, since more people are starting to ask AI instead of Google.

What's included

Four things, done properly, once.

SEO setup

The fundamentals Google still needs: accurate meta titles and descriptions on every page, an XML sitemap, robots.txt, clean URLs, and internal links that actually make sense. The unglamorous stuff most small business sites still get wrong.

GEO / llms.txt

An llms.txt file, plus content structured in plain, quotable language, so when ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Google's AI Overviews summarize an answer, they can actually parse what the business does, where it is, and why it's the right pick.

Schema markup

JSON-LD structured data: Organization or LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, breadcrumbs. The same structured data behind Google's rich results, and what AI systems lean on to understand a page instead of guessing.

Nothing metered, nothing hidden

One flat setup, not a monthly line item per page or per keyword, and no recurring “SEO retainer” required to keep it working. If it's bundled into a Hospitality AI setup or a custom build, it's free, full stop.

How it works

Audit, implement, verify, monitor.

01

Audit

I check what's actually there: meta tags, schema, sitemap, robots.txt, and whether AI crawlers (GPTBot, PerplexityBot, and friends) can even reach the site in the first place.

02

Implement

Meta tags, JSON-LD schema, sitemap, and an llms.txt file, shipped directly on the site, or handed to your developer as a clear, ready-to-merge change.

03

Verify

Rich-result validators confirm the schema reads correctly. Then I run the real questions, “best [category] in [location]”, through ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini to confirm the business actually shows up.

04

Monitor

AI answers shift as models update. A periodic re-check keeps the business visible instead of slowly drifting back to invisible.

Two ways to get it

Buy it on its own, or get it free.

Standalone

Just this, done well.

Already have a site, a team, a brand? Then you just want AI and Google to actually find it. This is scoped and sold as its own engagement, no other strings attached.

Bundled, free

Building something with me? It's included.

Hire me for Hospitality AI, an MVP through Saasventur, or any custom automation, and this ships with it at no extra cost. It's the bonus on every other page. It's the pitch on this one.

Not a theory

It's already live, running on real client sites.

Every Hospitality AI setup already ships with this bundled in. 18 short-term rental properties are running it in production today, structured so Google and AI assistants can find and recommend them. The same setup, sold here on its own.

Questions

Before you ask.

“What's the difference between SEO and GEO?”+

SEO gets you found by Google: meta tags, schema, sitemap, so the algorithm can crawl, index, and rank the site. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the newer half: structuring the same content so ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews can read it, understand it, and recommend it directly inside an answer. Different systems, different rules. This engagement covers both.

“How long until I show up in ChatGPT or Perplexity answers?”+

Setup itself takes days, not months: meta tags, schema, sitemap, and llms.txt shipped directly. Actually appearing in an AI answer depends on how often that model re-crawls and how specific the question is (a niche local query gets picked up faster than a broad, competitive one). Most clients see it working within a few weeks.

“Do I need a full website rebuild?”+

No. This works on top of the site that already exists. No redesign, no new CMS, no rebuild. It's meta tags, structured data, a sitemap, and an llms.txt file added to what's already there.

“Can this be added to a site you didn't build?”+

Yes. Most SEO/GEO clients have sites I had no part in building. I only need access to the code or CMS, or a developer who does, to ship the changes.

“Is this really free if I hire you for something else?”+

Yes. Every Hospitality AI setup and every custom build already includes this, free, because I ship it as part of making a project production-ready anyway. If all a business needs is this piece done well, it's also sold on its own. That's this page.

“What if I don't have a website yet?”+

Then this gets built in from day one, which is actually the easier order: correct meta tags, schema, and structure from the first commit instead of retrofitted later.

“Does this replace running Google or social ads?”+

No. Paid ads buy attention. This makes sure the business is actually findable and recommendable when someone, or an AI assistant on their behalf, goes looking. They work together, not against each other.

“I need more than just this, can you build something too?”+

Yes. I build AI automation, WhatsApp/LINE/WeChat systems, and full products through Saasventur, and this ships free with any of that. Message me on WhatsApp or email nasirnishat00@gmail.com.
